Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery may take from 5-7 days depending on your order and pin code.
SNS will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts SNS reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order confirmation page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time to your location.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to:
- Bad weather
- Flight delays
- Political disruptions
- Act of God like flood, earthquake, Tsunami etc
- Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
Also, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
We may charge you with a shipping charge (inclusive of tax) in some cases. The communication shall be available to you at the time of placing the order.
In case of refund of the product, the refund of the shipping charges will be done as per the refund policy.
Exchange & Return Policy
We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on www.snsgarments.com, subject to the following conditions: You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us (within 5 days, including weekends) and of delivery of the product.
Defective/incorrect product replacement:
You should notify us of any defects in the product or of any incorrectly shipped product within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the products(s) was damaged in transit to you only if you inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s).

The product returned to us must have the original invoice, complete original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered, in an unused condition.
As soon as we have received the product, our QC team will check it. If all the above is in order, we will ship you the replacement product/initiate refund with no additional cost to you. You will receive a call or an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
If the product received back by us does not meet the quality requirements above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided.
- Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
- Product has a manufacturing defect but has been used.
- Product has been tampered with.
- There is any kind of cologne or perfume smell on the garment.
- We replace a product for sizing issues only once.
If a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a full cash refund.
You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part(s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on www.snsgarments.com.
